C2 render crashes in 2k

C2 is crashing at frame 27 when I'm rendering 2k files.(2324x1764)
It also won't clone, and crashes freq when working in preview mode.

Comb1 can render the same files on the same box, and doesn't crash!

Software prob or Hardware prob?? Has any one else encountered this???

simply put a lower value in your Max Render Cache Usage ( Render Queue Preferences ) At 80% my system is stable. I have 2gig of ram.
