C3 able to read Non MAX RPF's or RLA's

Anyone know of a plug in fo C3 so I may render out Z-depth and use it at 16 bit depth and bring it into Combustion via Maya?

Also as I'm a bit old school and am behind the tech curve~ is there a simple way to have combustion output to mpg2 for use DVD authoring.

Looking to purchase Adobes Encore DVD software but don't want to use premiere or AE for the output. well maybe Premiere.
