Cashe save and import problems

this is the most anoyign problem. I have two character, both wearing cloth in the scene. I sovled each characterr on a different machine so I could do them both at the same time. Then I savved the cashe file. Howeverr when I load the cashe file for one of the charcaters it is always slightly off??? wtf! It like its slow. Has anyone experienced this and hopefully come up with a fix...
