i'm trying to create a HEAVY cat jump for an animation sequence. here is the latest playblast. if anyone has any suggestions how to make this cat show more weight or any other suggestions, they would be much appreciated... thanks in advance

make her wobble, let her belly wobble.

also the last few frames (jumping out of the animation) .. it seems like the cat gains speed or is moving too fast.

well it looks like it gained flight... Itns not dropping down from the jump naturaly. Or somehow the gravirty isnt effecting it like it should.

The arms do not seem like extensions of the shoulders, looks kinda like an action figure with posable limps.
Well, if not something else is wrong here.

Depending on what kind of hair your cat has, the arm issue may not matter. But beware that if the anatomy is off, it will show through any kind of fur.

Also, when the cat drops to the floor, give it some time to recoil, show secondary jiggle, and build to a leap.

well even with fur, the shoulders are the power of the cat, any cat, no matter how fury they are have a very defined shoulder system.

the takeoff trajectory is too steep. something with wieght simply cant bounce off the ground.

make it more sporatic. go into the animation curves add some points and tweek them. after the cat jumps the legs shouldnt be that stiff.

It seems to be missing some anticipation before he does the big jump maybe you should make him "squish" more for longer because he needs to get enough power to jump that much, for a better flow maybe try to give more secondary action to the head.
