how do I stop it?

You have a script job that has run amok. However i dont know what it is since its not one of mayas own. Ask the author rfrk what ist supposed to do or find the script yourself with whatIs

you can list and  kill script jobs with the scriptJob command. But presumably it does something useful so find out first.
