Chain Instance Obj To Cv?

i m trying to create a peral chain...i have the sphere and the curve ...i want the sphere to be instanced on the the curve where ever there's a cv...meaning each cv be a sphere i tried emit from object and made the conserve 0 and rate of particles 1 but its like emitting too many clumped particles,...how cani get the effect i want

well if you make the curve a softbody it will have one particle per CV
