Choose between Matrox G450 and Geforce 2MX

Hi everyone~
I wanna buy a new display card for my machine to use softimage, i wanna buy a good for both animation and entertainment (i.e good in 3d game). Matrox G400(or G450) and Geforce 2MX, which is better(all of them are in 32mb ram)?? or any other suggestion??

Matrox' open gl implementation sucks all the ways. So I'm 100% sure that any NVidia card is the better solution.

I don't know about games, but when U use Softimage in shaded view with 3-4 lights GeForce Card will be 6-7 times faster - I hope this helps.
Other suggestion: every GeForce-series card ;
the other "under 200 USD" solution is VX1 - I am using it. It's very stable and fast in wireframes, but in shaded views GeForce cards are much faster.
