Hello,
Im creating a character with Maya 8.5 or should I say Ive created a character

I want to export this characters Uv's to Zbrush and paint textures.
But Im having a problem with the Cleanup (mesh > Cleanup...)

After I do the cleanup some of the vertex's are yellow which means somethings wrong and I just cant figure it out what to do or why they are like this.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? I've tried merging them and a few other things but no luck.
I have to figure this out because it took me a really long time to get this far and Im not ready to start over lol.
When I took this models Uv's into zbrush some of the vertex's were way out of wack meaning that one from the side of his head was across the screen and skewed down to a tiny point so it has to be a vertex from the cleanup that went wrong or one that I just dont know how to fix?
So I guess my question is How or What should I try doing to fix this? any sugggestion really im open to anything right about now.
