Cloth and Trax editor problem

Hi,
I have set up and rigged a character and have made char sets. I've created a cloth skirt which initial work fine and keyframed the char sets to have her walk. But after I created clips of the sets and have them set up in the trax editor my cloth stops working. I'v delete and recreated the cloth over and over but can't get it to simulate.

I'v only been using the trax for afew days and maya for afew months so Im still a big newbie. Any help would be great or info on how/if Cloth works with the Trax Editor.

A good workaround for this would be to bake the cloth-simulation after you tweaked it to your desire. It then becomes a poly shape that deforms but doesn't have the initial cloth data in it...it can then also be tweaked further...

Sometimes after creation clip animation curves in clip get very big values of tangets in endind keys, because type of ending tangents - stepped. In this case your character have some unexpected moving between frames. If you simulate cloth with steps per frame 2 or greater, your simulation sould be failed on first frame.
Simpler check animation curves in clip and set tangents of ending points in "linear"....
