cloth with XSI

hi
somebody can tel me where in can find a "true" cloth tutorial,not the simple curtain with a fan but for example a T-shirt,a trousers or something like this with the constrain of an assigned enveloppe?
moreover i have open the scene named "simulation_cloth_jacket_unsimulated" from the simulate part of the xsi web site and everything is too slow playback the animation or go to any frame take a very long time (i got an ATHLON 1800+),is it normal or can i forget to do something to optimize the simulation?

Hi.
I suggest don't use XSI cloth for that kind of situation.
It's result is not good enough and doesn't convincing.
Try integrate maya cloth or just plant lot of deformer in your cloth and animate them.
If you have SI|3D, try to use fabrix plugin. it's way better than XSI cloth.
