Cloud During Dog Fight Shot

I have to do a dog fight scene with planes going thru clouds.
I'm planning to use fluid cloud .

my question is..because I'll have some shots from inside of cockpit looking out,
how do I remove(?) clouds from inside of cockpit as the planes are going thru the cloud?

Parent a motion field around the cockpit of the plane. You can find it under 'fluid Effects' > 'make motion field'.

For those shots from inside the cockpit, you could render the clouds separately and composite them behind the cockpit layer...
