Complex scenes can get really heavy with a lot of referenced objects.
I was wondering if anyone has a clue about color-coding the reference editor. For example, I keep my vegetation and background models saved to a different folder than my cast members. So it'd be nice to have, say, the cast members in the reference editor either highlighted (bgc) or show up in a different color font than the vegetation. The logic would just check the path of the model referenced, but I'm stuck on how to set the color to display.
It would make organization a little bit easier.
I don't have high hopes, off the top of my head, for this idea. But any ideas that people have would be appreciated.
