Do you mean the "edge" of the polygon?
I made a "little test" by creating a Polygon sphere.
Deleted half of the sphere, So now I have a perfect dome (half sphere). Then I duplicated it and "mirror" it. I got a perfect sphere again. I "combine" both parts and formed a new polygon sphere. From this point:
If I go to "smooth" it, I will see there is a hard edge in the middle.
If I merged the vertex points in the middle line and "smooth" the whole object, I still see there is a hard edge in the middle.
If I merge the edges along the middle line and "smooth" the whole object, I still see there is a hard edge in the middle.
So any idea how to re-create a perfect sphere without a hard edge in the middle??? (I guess this is my original problem I asked previously)
Thanks!!!
