Copying And Pasting Keying Nodes Crashes Shake

Weird glitch lately (on a MacBook pro), but if I try copy and paste a primatte or keylight node, the program bombs out. The only work around thus far is to copy an entire tree of nodes containing the culprits, even then its still 50/50.

Anyone else had this?

hmmmmm i dont quite know why it would do that...it works fine on my macbook pro and g5
