Copying fx trees?

hello everyone,
is there any way to copy elements [whole trees not just the animation of individual operators] of one fx tree to another?

you can duplicate trees in the explorer
find them in the explorer.
right click and choose duplicate.
that keeps all the animation etc but doesnt combine parts of 2 trees.

i think the whole fx tree portability is coming in v3.
