Im having trouble with particles when using the create curve flow function. When I select a curve, and use the create curve flow, the particles dont follow the curve. The particles instead flow beside the curve and seem scaled down.
I made sure to reset my tool before applying the function.
I checked my goal weight and it was set to 1 like the maya help file suggested.
Is this some sort of hidden constraint problem that i dont know about?
Any suggestions would be very helpful.

hi dustind,

if u mean that they dont reach upto the end of the curve, select the flow object group and decrease the Lifespan attribute..

will make the particles traverse the curve to its end, faster..

i have had this same problem. the only workaround I have found is to go to your my documents, find the maya folder in there with the version name.Delete it.
This will delete your user preferences. but will also solve your problem.
