Custom shelf

Hi all!

I made a custom shelf and shared it with my co-animators, it works perfectly fine on all computers ecxept for one. We tried putting it in the local folder(Documents\maya\2014-x64\prefs\shelves) instead of the common drive, still doesn't work.
I hope someone have a suggestion of what to do
