Customise

Hi, (first sorry for my English)
i try to customise my UI. i have read that i need to modify the init.tcl file. i need ta add the path where nuke can find my customisation.
if i made no mistake, i found this file in the nuke Application ---> show package content -----> pluggin --- here they are
But it's impossible to modify this files - But when i want save the document my soft return that i don't have enough privilege --- i'm not sure that's realy true, I'm the boss of computer : )
What i'm doing wrong ? Or what i need to do.
Somebody can explain the procedure ... thanks

Hello
it's corrected...it was a mistake in privilege (admin)
but i don't understand how customise the UI for each Users...i have one init.tcl (who is in the soft Folder) so how include different path (UI folder...) for different users.
Or maybe that's impossible
