Deflicker Macros

I just received my new version of shake4.0 on mac. I am trying to do a deflicker operation on some footage with has density shifts in it. I opened the user manual and it tells me how to use the deflicker node. I am not able to locate the deflicker macro.

any information will help

It's in the cookbook, along with the other macros referenced in the manual.
