Delete non deletable node

Hi There,

I have a non- delitable node, camera, persp wich for some odd reason has to camera_shape attached to it, perspshape and perspshape2. I want to delete the second shape but when I try to it says "Error: Non-deletable node 'CollinsAvenue_IIShape' cannot be deleted." ... well am I stuck with this issue ? How can I procede? Please help

well the only thing I can think of is saving your scene as a .ma file (maya ascii) and then open it up in notepad, and remove the lines that creates and connects that camera shape node.
