If there is no legal way to put these things on my reel, is there some way to convey this to a potential employer, or is there a way that they can circumvent the reel and get a feel for your abilities otherwise? Thanks for any replies.
Well i have found that you need t actually have pretty deecent work contract that circumvents this porblem. But even so each NDA is different read carefully whats in it, ask the holder, not your company but the issuer of nda for permit etc. It might work or it might backfire.
Thing is you might also duck under the cover, assuming your new employer doenst sperad the info. Its very risky tough. Instead read the nda carefully it might not account for all seconds.
But the basic deal is if you sign a NDA then ASK for more salary because yor personal risk is also bigger. So yes NDA is porblematic for you, thats why you nee dto have extra pay for that in contract. I know it happened to me onceor twice before i got it. Now my contract states extra pay for each job in NDA closure.
Either case i dont like putting my work for others in my reel, tough here reel is not as important as in other places. Paper is, but thats here not where you are.
