Im doing a scene with DOF in it. I tried to do it as a posteffects in aftereffects but the result looks very much like a cg effect and I dont want that, so I decided to go with real 3d DOF. When applying the DOF lens-shader in xsi I have to crank up the aliasinglevel a lot to get a smooth result, and this causes the scene to render very slow. Is there a way to increase just the DOF's sampling? Or can i optimize the aliasingsettings in XSI so it looks good but still renders fast enough?
