Hi All,
I have a fairly big scene with multiple hair emmiters, high poly models, light effects, etc.
This is the first time Im really required to setup seperate rendering passes in order for the computer to even render without crashing.
I need some help understanding how to go about this. For example, I have hair on my character and also hair on the ground for grass. This grass is in front and behind the character, and the hair of course is on his head. How do I set up the passes to render out this depth information correctly. In other words, How do I render the grass ,the character, and his hair, then stick him in there properly without him floating on top of everything like a layered image.
Im working on some of the simple fx and new pass setup tutorials on Eds site but the depth pass i still dont understand.
