Difference between Advanced and Essential version?

In version 2, is the hair and cloth part of Advanced? Or is it an extra purchase? Is that the difference between Advanced and Essential? And what roughtly is the cost of either?

Cloth is an extra purchase.

Right, but that link is for version 1.5. Is this still holding true for the 2.0 release?
