Digibeta For Keying Is 25 Psf Better Than 50i

Hi I'm shooting some greenscreen material tomorrow with a digitbeta 970 camera that has a fake-progressive mode - ie it can shoot 25psf or 50i

Does anyone have any opinions on which is better to use in terms of ease of pulling a key? I've been given conflicting advice and won't have time to do any tests
before getting stuck into the shoot..

The final is for web.

Any thoughts much appreciated!!

full frame is always better. Working on interlaced is messy.

well,

if the camera cant record "true" progressive and instead just deinterlaces the live signal you can usually get slightly better results by recording 50i and deinterlacing the footage in shake. however, if web is the final medium (at what resolution?) i wouldn't worry too much and just shoot the more convenient way, which is progressive.
