so I understand this is basacaly Flame for the O2..? not like the windows NT EFFECT,
as in PAINT and EFFECT and EDIT right? totally different tools?

enables you to utilize the same Plugins as used in Flame and Inferno. And by all measures can be termed as Flame on o2.
