Do Playback Caches Record Inital State Caches?

Do playback caches record inital state caches?
And if so is it possible or makes any sense to use both inital state cache nad playback cache at the same time?

i tested, inital states are recorded to playback caches.
No need for them to be connected after a playback cache is created.
