Ok I know it might be a long shot but here we go
I recently got my hands on an older perception card to use for
printing animations to vhs. The problem is that there seems
to be some sort of distortions to the output.
Maybe Im not connecting the device right. I simply plug the
cables like perception->vhs->tv monitor. I am using the composite cables since its not a svhs recorder.
Should i use scart cables instead? If not, which cables should i use? I had the same problem with a pinnacle dv500 card.
Anyone has any experience?

in case anyone else wonders I didnt find the answer at dps but i got it working by using scart instead.
