I've just made this modest applescript for shaking via command line a bunch of qt movies, not elegant but works.
Someone may find it usefull.

Do me a favor and either upload these scripts your doing to highend as a "tool" or add it to the "tips" section. It would make it easier for people to refind them in the future.
