Editing NurbsCurves using knots (EPs) positions

Hello,
I’m trying to change the (world)positions for nurbs curve knots using 2010 api.
Maya provides two functions sets that enable the users to edit curve’s CVs (MFnNurbsCurve & MItCurveCV) but none I could find to edit EPs (other than to add, remove and set their position on the curve).
Is there a class that already supports curve edits via EPs or does this need to be done manually?

Ep's domt really exist so yes you need to calcualte this yourself. not hard tough.

heya! resurrecting an old post, but hell, can't seem to find anything closer to what i need to do anywhere, so... let me ask you guys, did anyone of you figure out how to calculate the CVs from the EP worldspace coords or such?

reason im asking, i wanna make a plugin that would create a curve running through transforms, so i need to use a EP curve, but gotta find a way to set the EPs coords to the transforms's ones, but if this is still an issue, i gotta find a way how to calculate cvs given the EP coords and set CVs instead of EPs, do i have this right?

Anyhow, if you could advise, that would be awesome!
