EDLs and a new post house

Does Combustion have the same EDL system as Flame? I have a friend who's interested in getting Combustion for a new small post house, and he's interested in integrating Combustion with his Final Cut Pro edit bays. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!

I would email discreet and ask them they use CMX or GVG EDL's
