Yes, you are right 
. This is the last head i did, only that i change some key features like to make it a little more interesting. Added horns, open mouth, added evil ears, and more detail. I will say it change by 70% 
At the moment I think he's possibly the happiest demon I've ever seen - he obviously loves being evil. I'd say you really need to furrow those eyebrows and give him a snarl. Also the horns are a bit pathetic, too much like acorns, and the ears stick out too much. Keep at it. Its starting to look interesting.

Where are all the wrinkles, and defined creases you usually get on human faces?, drop the weedy horns and give him somthing dangerous and make him look evil, a snarl or frown would do, and lastly for theatrical effect, put a light under his chin...
he's right you know. hahaha, those horns do look.........interesting. over all i think you should start over...but thats just me, oh well
