You dont! the entire point is that its faar better to always render out uncompressed file sequences and compress them later to sizre from that.
This avoids many pitfalls that are commonly associated with movie files, such as bad compression wich you can now avoid by compressing it into 10 different copression sizes and choosing the optimal. Horrrors to render out a sequnecew for 10 hour just to notice it has a silghtly badly chosen codec. Now you need to rerender for 10 hours, bu had you had the originals youd have the new compression in 1 minute or so.
So import them to you video editting app.
The real reasons are however that, if you render out to a movie file you cant render it efficently on many machines. If you crash you loose all thets been done. And that the finel stuff is still to be editted in some ways after initial renders.
