Exporting .x Mesh/Texture/Anim on 4.5

Hi,
from the plug in section of this site I did download the Maya 4.5 export plug in so to be able to export models with textures and animations in .x format...

PROBLEM:
Error: The specified module could not be found.
this is the error and the plug in won't work...

NOTE: I have this plug in (version for Maya 4.0) for maya 4.0 working in Maya 4.0 installation... here it works fine

Now, I did get the plug in for Maya4.5 but the 2 Mel Scripts needed to put into the Scripts/Others folder they are not included with the Dowload... So I copied the 2 scripts from the Maya 4 Installation...and pasted them into the scripts/others folder of Maya 4.5....
NO LUCK

So I copied in Maya 4.5 scripts/others the same 2 scripts that come with the DiretX9.0 SDK Extras (still for maya 4.0) in case they were newer..... still I get the same error...

ANY HELP OUT THERE? TO safely export in .x format from Maya 4.5?

Yes maya sometimes fails on exporting especialy the last one in the list. so import more export modules and try again. Maybe the index is a bit confused but this actualy works 99% of cases.

but if not then look at the export command and try to figure the type name yourself (i bet its x) .
