EXR lossless compression?

I know I should be able to work this out myself but....

If I render out float exr's with the standard piz compression, am I losing any data? I'm working with varicam footage destined for film and we are doing effects in shake before passing it onto the colourist as files. My .iffs come in at about 7mb a frame and exrs with piz are 1mb!

It is lossless right?

Ok, my brain spaz is over and instead of tiredly staring at the openexr site I actually managed to read it. Lossless 1mb float images! EXR rocks!

PXR24 is the only compression inside EXR that is lossy. The shake plugin doesn't currently support it yet. I have a little info on the compressions with EXR in my blog.
