Its a warning it doersnt mean anything is actually wrong, it means theres a potenttial problem.
But if you want to fix this just hit insert, to acces the pivot and move it so its inside the bounding box (bounding box is a virtual box that ecompasses all the geometry, this is used for raytracing acceleration and other misc stuff).
