Field rendered Script and Sequence

Here's a long shot

In the 2D Texture Dialogue box, I'm using Script and Sequence to put video on objects in my scene, which is to be field rendered. As this video is itself SoftImage animation, is it possible to use a Script or Sequence of pre-Interleave field renders? Otherwise the on-object video movement does not match the smoothness of the object movement.

ie my files to be used by Sequence might be

test.1.1
test.1.2
test.2.1
test.2.2 etc

corresponding with

output_render.1.1
output_render.1.2 etc

I'm guessing the short answer to this would be no, but here's hoping
