Fileout From Command Line

Hi -- Anyone figure out what the various command line flags are for the fileout node? Docs give you all of:

-fileout [fileFormat] [...]

I need the [...] specifically a way to set the quicktime codec?

Sorry -- figured out myself by looking at a properly set fileout in text and copying settings
