thanks for ur attention.
maybe u didn't understand what do i mean.
I mean that i did some effects in shake and i want to export a .mov format from shake, but i found all NTSC format are only 720X486. whereas in FCP HD all NTSC format are 720X 480. If i just export .mov file from shake with 720X480 ntsc and import to FCP HD, definitely it doesn't work as real time format... ...
So i have to resize this file to fit 720X480 in shake when i was exproting it as a .mov file. that's so inconvenient .
and at a moment ago , i found a new problem that is the .mov file, which i exported from shake. it just could appare foreground, whereas the background is black in FCP HD.( it's black.....black....GOD, it's black! )
So, i tried to export this file as a jpeg sequence format from shake. ( i.e. test.@.jpg ) and also i had to resize it to fit 720X480 NTSC. ( in order to get a same format with FCP HD's NTSC format. ) and then i had to use quicktime player to import this sequence files and export them as a .mov format .
Now, this time i import this .mov file to FCP HD , i found that everything is fine. Both foreground and background appared normly, and it's also working with real-time editing...
But the problem is : SO SO SO HARD.... u know , that's impossible to do these things everytime in every editing.
I don't know your guys how to work between the different file format in shake and FCP ? I am just a new user in shake and FCP , maybe u guys can tell me a suitable methords, which can do things quickly.
( By the way, if had no good methords for solving this problem, i would sell my g5 and go back to use Digital fusion with pc workstation.)
