Fisheye Conversion

I am evaluating Shake at the moment. I am currently using AE 6.5.

I have a specific application I don't know if Shake can do.

I develope productions for planetarium viewing, a full 360 degrees. If you were to see a frame of this, the center of the square frame is the top of the dome, the bottom is the front, etc. Most of the work is done in a 3D environment with a 180 degree lens shader to accomplish this. I am able to use a plugin from Evans and Sutherland for AE called Virtual Projector to distort flat images/video to this "fisheye" format.

I would really like to start using Shake for some of its features, but it might be pointless if I can't map things to the dome.

I wouldnt look at shake as a replacement for after effects, they are made for entrely different tasks.

Is that last parameter correct or did it not come through correctly? That's quite a long string.

most shape parameters will look like this..
however, there's an encoding error that seems to happen if a <"> character is at the beginning of a new line (or a long string? not sure).. anyway, the first <& quot;> should read as a normal quoting character, ie <">.. (using the [ code ] tag usually helps the readability, but you still have to seperate the quotation marks).
