Does XSI have any flash export capabilities in a plug in or any other?

Thanks, it looks great, but do you know how it works. I mean does it export directly to a swf file or do I have to convert it in their standalone software?

It exports directly to a swf file. (and a few others too)

Yes, it is possible to do as said by others to export to Flash. I work for Electric Rain. We released our SOFTIMAGE|XSI plug-in, Swift 3D XSI, about two months ago. Swift 3D XSI plug-in will allow you to export your 3D animations directly to Flash (SWF). This is our 3rd 3D vector animation plug-in for high-end 3D modeling programs. The plug-ins get very good resulst. Here is a few experiments we created with Swift 3D:
