Flow field for 2009?

is there a mel script that is similar to flow field for maya 2009 or higher?  Or is there a way to accomplish this without the use of this script?

I've been playing around with curve flows and surface flows, but I'm not getting the desired results.

Its not a script its a plugin. but yes is suppose you could emulate this with a few directional forces with decays.
