Furry Molewalker

Hello,

Rendered with mental ray of course, I went through alot of the shared topics to find the solution, I'm sure that the problem doesn't come from the texture file that's behind the fur that's twinkling. I've checked practicly every fur details over but can't find a proper solution here. What would be the solution to this please?

I'm looking forward for any suggestions and ideas on how to solve this issue (of which someone else most probably already covered before, sorry not to have found the right topic, just in case please forward me the link)

I think i found the solution from an old module I've done with fur and cloth and find out that by transfering the uvs from a duplicate model it would work out just fine and for sure it would take out the furry twinkling pbs... 100% sure but i don't remenber how to transfer that really. What to keep aside to keep the smooth state OFF and keeping it ON the one which keeps the fur for animation and rendering. Should I also add the blendshapes before or could I do so aftewards... If anyone knows..I'm on Maya 8.5, I would kindly appreciate a few quick steps to take advantage of the fur system in maya.
