Generating a trajectory path with existing points

I was wondering if someone could help me.
I have a trajectory model that a kinetic
chemist has produced. THat I need to have an object/particle follow

Currently I have a spread sheet that has four columns: time, x , y, z
and around 10 000 entries.

Do anyone have any ideas for bringing this into MAYA to have a single object
follow this trajectory?

pretty basic stuff, export as csv.and read in withe maya move importer (first convert time to frames in spreasheet) or use a for loop to read the file*.

*you may prefeer to do this in ptthon its way nicer to write.

Thanks for your advice!  Unfortunately I cannot seem to find the "maya move importer" ... 
Do you know exactly where I can find it?
