Hi all.
Here is a model I did (Maya 2.5) the last year for a TV commercial. The idea was make talk to a live giraffe, so I did the model of the muzzle for a digital replacing.
I performed some expressions and the lips sinc. I put some fur in the jaw.

Can't say that I've been close enough to a giraffe to say if the model is accurate to a real girrafe, but it looks good. depending on how close the camera would be, some very short fur might have helped, but maya 2.5 didnt have fur did it? or atleast not fur worth using.
wish i had gotten to see the commercial, whatever it was, id buy it. =)

Haven't seen the commercial this giraffe was for, but i guess it was a funny one.
A "simple" scene that shows the essential of this job.
Beeing able not to create the full zoo, for a close-up shot!

Nice model! Really cool character too! You might want to add some bump map for the skin texture. It looks a bit too flat to me.
