He y'all,
I'm having an issue I don't understand and was hoping one of you smarties could give me the reason why and/or how to fix it.
Here's the story:
I have mocap data I've imported into a scene with an HIK character. I have transferred the animation by using the retargeting system and then baking that animation onto the control rig (I then deleted the skeleton from the imported fbx). In order to clean it up a bit I've added a few animation layers and added keys on those layers.
I've found when I delete a rotate Y key at a certain frame, Maya deletes the rotate X and rotate Z on that frame as well, even though those two keys are not selected and in some cases not even visible in the graph editor (when I select just the rotate Y channel in the left panel in the graph editor)
Is something linking all my roatate channels together? How do I delete ONLY the rotate Y key?
I'm using Maya 2016 SP6. Any help/insight into what's going on would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
