Graphic Table's Compass

I'd like to hear from anyone of you, pen tablet's users, especially proud owners of any Cintiq, or other display tablet, who felt as i did the need to enhance your digital drawing experience with semi-conventional drawing tools.

In particular i'd be interested in suggestions on how to customize a conventional compass so that i can use it with my Cintiq's pen, as it's a lot thicker than a normal pencil, and if you know a good way to replace the sharp metal pin with something softer that would better suit the plastic of the LCD without compromising the grip while turning the compass.

try a toy store. they often have kids educational sets which often have larger pen grips for crayons etc. they're not as accurate as a normal compass but get the job done. they also have a not so sharp plastic point instead of a metal pin, which tends to slide all over the place but it's nothing a suction cup and some supper glue can't fix.
