Anyone see a good complete hair tutorial? I would like to read up on how the new tools work but cant seem to find anything ANYWHERE. Only thing Ive seen so far was the Soft demo at siggraph.

Have you tried downloading the online library for hair from soft's website?
It should hold enough information to give you a good start.
