copy Sky.mll to bin/plug-ins/
copy AESkyTemplate.mel to scripts/startup/
Create a Sky node (color utilities).
Connect a 2D texture to the lightColor attr (or leave it as a flat color).
Connect Sky output to the incandescence of a lambert, phong, blinn ... or to the outColor attr of a surfaceShader.
Turn raytracing on in the renderGlobals.
Set maxShading to 1 (if possible) to let Sky control the sampling rate.
Try some sampling parameters...
