Help needed with installing plugin on a mac

Im pretty new to the world of 3d and Im following a great maya combined with aftereffects tutorial,

then i Came to the part where I had to install the DisplaceD plugin,

sow can anybody tell me what to do?

I have 3 sorts of files:  *.bundle
                               *.mel
                                template*.mel

any help would be really appreciated!
